Hight Build QD ZP Primer Pale Grey 1L A highly effective, premium quality, rapid drying primer for the protection of steelwork. It is anti-corrosive, with excellent adhesion to steel work and gives an extremely strong matt finish on metal surfaces. A great foundation for our ever popular enamel paint. Can be used with forced drying up to 70 degrees. Excellent adhesion to steelwork. Super fast drying time. Applications: It is essential that all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and de greased before painting. Dying times may vary considerably depending on temperature & humidity. Conventional spray, excellent results using up to 10-15% TH2 WOCO Thinners by volume. Recommended tip size of 1.4 - 1.8mm Application pressure of 40-50 PSI Supplied at a suitable consistency for brush application where no further thinners is recommended. Surface dry at 20 degree C. - 25mins-35mins Hard dry at 20 degree C. 1-1.5 Hours Overcoating at 20 degree - Minimum of 40 mins. The ideal, all round primer and undercoat specifically designed for use with our Enamel Gloss top coat range of paints. Suitable for use on ferrous metal due to the paint containing Zinc Phosphate for corrosion protection of the steelwork. It boasts an Eggshell finish to improve gloss hold up of Supercote enamel paints. Can be used where force drying is required (up to 70 degrees centigrade) • Flash point above 32 degree centigrade Also available to order in White, Buff, Mid grey and Red oxide.
